Dearest One,
Begin at the beginning,
which is in your heart.
If you do not know what your heart is telling you,
then reconnect with it.
Slow your breathing down,
focus on someone or something you love.
Place your hands in the middle of your chest,
the heart of your connection with your Creator.
With intention,
give yourself permission to hear and know
what is in your heart.
Then, let go.
Let go of needing an answer.
Remain awake,
curious
and fascinated
about what shows up
in your awareness.
And remember to play.
Life is here to be enjoyed.
Make your time here worthy
of the love you deserve.
Give and receive.
Allow yourself to expand,
grow
and
fully
live.

Do not feel that you walk alone,
even when it seems
no one else is around you.
Trust that there are unseen Loving Beings
accompanying you in your life.
If you begin to feel
lonely,
isolated
and scared,
request the presence of myself
or another of 100% Love and Light
to be there in your conscious awareness.
For as you do,
you will notice your mood,
feelings
and perspective
shift
Higher
even if ever so slightly.
With each step up
in your thoughts and feelings
you open
and expand
to attract better and better ones
raising yourself
to a new place
and experience.
It all begins with a willingness to do so.
You are a powerful creator in your world.
Begin again,

to activate this Truth within
to lift you
to beautiful feelings and experiences.

There is no need to punish yourself

God will not betray you.

as you allow God Force and God Source to freely flow.

You are a Divine Being
of a Divine Beginning.

You are still that Divine Being. . .
You never lose this status.
Go back to that knowing
when you question yourself,
doubt your abilities
or feel disconnected from your Truth.
Reconnect with your Truth;
the Source of All
whom you may call God,
The Great Spirit
or Yahweh.
The name you use is not so important,
but your intention is.
Believe that in reconnecting with your Truth
you shall be set free.

Find something,
any little thing to smile about.
For the very simple act of doing so will ground joy into your life.

This will close and complete the energy of the day,
sealing it like a prayer placed in an envelope and mailed off to God.
You are in command of your energy.
This very act will assist you in mastering it little by little
and reminding you
that you are a powerful creator in your world,
even beyond your imagining.
