to the Truth of Who You Really Are.

if you are doing small things consistently

change is happening.

One day, you will wake up

and discover

a Miracle

has taken place.

You must stay awake to your good at all times

to spot it, however.

Never underestimate the power of Love,

for that is Who You Are.

First, breathe through any anxiety or distractions

keeping you from fully being peaceful inside.

Let go of the outer world

Slow your breathing down.

Relax into the knowing
that God supports your every step.

That is where all of your answers come from.

Anything you need help with,
are confused about or desire,

lay your concerns out on the table,

ask for assistance and allow the supports to arrive.

Use this process to calm any fears that arise.

Above all, know you are loved for who you are,
just as you are.

You are guided every moment of every day.

You are a sacred vessel.

Nothing is lacking.

All is complete.
