Dearest One,

Believe in yourself by having fun and allowing great things into your life.

Put down the guard of having to be it all, do it all, be perfect, work hard.
That is nonsense.

You are here to flow in peace and love, joy and service, but not at the sacrifice of yourself. Breathe into that knowingness.

Release the expectations you have for yourself by intending to do so; and, if needed, by asking for assistance to walk freely from that bondage.

You are a creator in your life. Begin now to create in the direction of your true joy and passion.

You are loved.

Dear Ones,

Service begins in the heart, with your deep desire to express God’s love in all you do.

It is as if a river of love flows from your heart. You move with it to ignite within each other hope and promise of the love, life and joy that exist in multitudes on the unseen dimensions, yet is easily forgotten in earthly existence.

We need to remember; to be reminded of the fullness of life. We have the ability to access that within our hearts through our Connection with the Creator. There is no greater service than to put people back in touch with their Divine Truth. For as you do, Life reveals to you endless miracles, bountiful blessings and marvels, beyond the human imaginings.

Thank you for fulfilling your most holy purpose.

Indeed you are precious in the Eyes of the Lord.

Dear Ones,

There are many, many changes occurring around you at such a rapid pace. It may seem challenging to keep up.

As you tune into the moment by being aware and in tune with your bodily sensations and feelings, you allow the energy to flow through you instead of getting stuck in resisting it.

Ground yourself by being in nature, having a picnic at a park, taking a hike, sitting by the lake or putting your feet in the sand or grass, especially during times of change.

You are supported fully by your Heavenly Helpers and the Earth, just for the asking.

Rejuvenate yourself through rest, relaxed breathing, soaking in a bathtub, laying on a hammock, writing in a journal or taking a walk. These activities help your body slow down and get back in sync with your heart and Soul. They calibrate you to your Creator.

Consciously knowing and feeling God’s love pouring through you is the ultimate rejuvenation and reconnection. Be not afraid to ask for this awareness, for it shall bless you all the days of your life.

Dearest One,

I am right here – always.

Remember that.

You do not flounder untethered. You always have a safety rope securing you at all times. Sometimes, though, you panic and think you don’t, and then try to go it alone.

That is the hard way.

I’m here to remind you that you can choose the easy way.

Instead of struggling, pushing and forcing, you can let go and ask for help. You can begin to shift your thoughts to what you can do, what is possible and what small step you can take to lift you up and out of the seeming rut or situation you are faced with.

For there is never a need to struggle. When you do, know in that moment you just forgot God is working through you. Don’t despair, for all is possible when you allow God to express through you. Then, you won’t feel lack, limitation and discouragement.

Ask to be shown God’s golden way and you will be taken by the hand and led. All that is required is your trust. Walk in faith for you shall find fulfillment.

We love you. And so it is. – Jesus
