Dearest One,

Nurture yourself as you nurture others. For you cannot give to another if you have nothing left. As you concern yourself with the beautiful people in your life, remember, too, you are on that list.

For it is not selfish to take good care of yourself. It is treating yourself with the love and respect, honor and dignity you are so deserving and worthy of.

If you forget and slip down to the bottom of your own list, please call upon us to remind you to carve out time for yourself.

You are precious and will benefit greatly from acknowledging and treating yourself in this way. And so it is. – Mother Mary

You are wise beyond your years as you easily access the wisdom of the ages. Trust as you move forth in your life into new adventures and unknown territory. Your willingness to allow God to permeate every aspect of your being and to trust in your own Divinity will provide you all that you need during uncertain times. 

You are blossoming into an extraordinary expression of your highest potential. Your life is a prayer sent back in gratitude to God. Rejoice that you are fully alive and stepping forth into your truest Self.

Dearest One,

When you see a loved one hurt or in pain, love them. See them as whole, healthy and vibrant already. Trust that they, too, are on their journey of growth and self-empowerment.

It’s just like the butterfly when they struggle to emerge from their chrysalis. If you were to break it open for them, the butterfly would die from the remaining acids on its wings. Also with humans, sometimes the struggle they face is the very Divine Path that will open them to new life and a deeper connection with Source. 

If you are concerned, ask your Heavenly Helpers to soothe and calm your thoughts, your nerves and restore a heavenly perspective to your day.

Dear One,

Find the joy in others around you and allow that to expand your own joy. For as you pay attention to it, you will naturally expand it in your own life.

Resurrect your dreams because in doing so you shall add more life to yourself and everyone around you as you operate and live from the passion within. There is nothing that can stop that passion, for it is the God Source working through you. Allow yourself to give voice and expression to it and it shall begin to heal your world in magnificent ways.
